One-on-one Counseling
– We respect the employee's privacy and dignity. We do not herd the employee into groups that benefit counseling firm more than the employee. We team up with the employee during various stages of the process to provide assistance in vocational assessment, vocational exploration, plan development, plan implementation and job placement.
Customized Services
– We develop plans based on a combination of the unique circumstances and characteristics of the employee and the realities & demands of the labor market. We do not rely on computer software programs. We employ effective counseling & guidance approaches and sound decision-making strategies.
Centrally Located Offices
– We are easy to find. There is free parking. The Santa Rosa Office is served by public transportation. We do not use the employee's home, libraries, or restaurants for an office.
Orientation Interview
– If requested, we will schedule an information & orientation interview prior to initiating services.
