- Effective in working with employees who respond with inappropriate behavior, disorientation, ambivalence & inflexibility.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and focus in complex litigated cases - we focus on developing the best plan, do not become entangled in the litigation process or claims issues, and use good judgment to propose sound recommendations.
